Before coming to the Ideal Spine Centre I was told by three Doctors that the pain in my neck and back was due to my age and 'wear and tear'.

I was then referred to a Consultant who told me there was nothing wrong with my back.

I met a friend who said that his mother-in-law was going to the Ideal Spine Centre and so I thought I would give it a try.

After meeting Dr. Christian Farthing and his team I was very impressed. The x-rays taken showed the cause of my pain, six major levels of Vertebral Subluxation, decay and postural distortions.

I have been attending the Ideal Spine Centre for seven months for adjustments to my spine. My original neck, low back and posture problems are very much improved and I am almost pain free.

We have attended many workshops and particularly remember the workshop entitled 'Rocket Fuel Nutrition'. Since listening to Dr. Farthing speak about nutrition, we have both changed our eating habits. I am pleased to say I have lost three stone in weight and feel much better for it.

While I was looking at Alan's x-rays, Dr. Farthing pointed out that I had a problem with my neck.

I had no pain so was surprised to find that, after x-rays, I had 7 major levels of Vertebral Subluxation, severe and chronic subluxation, decay and postural distortions.

Dr. Farthing suggested spinal adjustments and then exercises to do at home. There has been improvement, but I understand that it will take time. Since we changed to 'Rocket Fuel' eating I have lost weight and now feel in better health.

Dr. Farthing will always make himself available if you have questions or queries, no matter how busy he is. It is a very friendly health practice with a difference. We are always greeted with a smile.
