EVELYN CLAYSON - 55 years old

I have previously suffered with pins and needles in my arms, hands and head. I have also experienced headaches 'inside' my head. The headaches were that bad that whenever I got up in the morning, the pain in my head was unbearable and I could not handle any noise.

I found out about the Ideal Spine Centre when reading the Focus magazine . When I read about Dr Farthing and what he did, I called the practice to make an appointment.

I was aware that Dr Farthing was a Spinal Specialist. I thought that the pins and needles had something to do with my nerves, which is what prompted me to come to the Ideal Spine Centre.

My x-rays demonstrated that I had a condition known as " Vertebral Subluxation ". I had never heard of the word "subluxation" until I came to the Ideal Spine Centre. My medical doctor never educated me about the connection between the spine, nervous system and health, but was very quick to prescribe pain killers, hormone replacement therapy and even anti-depressants. I was totally unaware that interference to my nervous system was affecting my health. I was therefore very relieved when I began to receive regular adjustments for my subluxations. Although I very occasionally get the odd headache, the pins and needles have completely gone, I no longer have to worry about noise and I can turn my head more easily!

It certainly makes sense to correct the cause rather than treat the symptoms of illness and disease . Dr Farthing has made a massive difference to my life. To know all about the spine and to understand the nervous system is vitally important, as is having your spine checked and removing vertebral subluxation.

I am now looking forward to a better future because my body is being healed from the inside, and not being chemically bombarded with drugs from the outside . I would recommend the Ideal Spine Centre to everyone. You may think that your health is fine but in actual fact, right from birth we can begin to get subluxations from a range of causes. These can be from factors such as poor posture, the way we sleep, falls, injuries, car accidents and even the birth process itself!

I have had my children checked and they too get regularly adjusted. They have just had their first re-exam and post x-ray. The changes have been remarkable!

I have learnt so much about health and healing from the inside and I am continually learning more about the spine and the master nervous system.

JAMES CLAYSON - 15 years old

Unlike my sister and mother I didn't have any symptoms, more or less. The one symptom I had was that I could feel something holding me back from doing my best. Once my mum started going to the Ideal Spine Centre I could see the massive improvement in her. So I decided to go along and have a spine and subluxation check-up.

The results showed that I had 5 levels of vertebral subluxation and I see it now as 20% dead. My picture showed the posture of a cave man! I was bent over and my shoulders weren't in line. How could I never have noticed that? And what symptoms did I have - none! After my first adjustment I felt refreshed and full of energy. I started doing the neck exercises together with my adjustments and found at school I was more focused and physically fit.

I now look and feel better than ever. The exercises give me a chance to revise over my work at school. I don't look like a cave man anymore and I keep to the 'Rocket Fuel Nutrition' way of eating, which gives THE POWER. The workshops have improved my knowledge of health so much

Dr. Farthing - where to begin! The healer; a magician. There must be two of him because I don't know how he does it. I would just like to say thank you for all the adjustments and for the workshops, teaching me something new and giving me a mum that can just about keep up with me now. Thank you doesn't really cover it as this great wellness doctor has changed our lives. Also, thank you to the clinical assistants for bringing me closer to a 100% functioning nervous system and helping me with any problems.

I look forward to the day I'll be able to have a 100% functioning body - and out run Dr. Farthing!

ALISON CLAYSON - 12 years old

Before going to Dr Farthing I had back pains and I'm only 12 years old. I thought that you only got back pain if you were older. Also I was very tired and I need the energy for school , so I was in rather a bad state.

After my mum started going to the Ideal Spine Centre she started to get better and her symptoms were going away. So she encouraged me and my brother to go and get a spinal check, and Dr Farthing told us about the spine and how you can get subluxation in the spine which affects your health. I began to learn more and more wonderful things about how you can make your health go up to 100%.

When I had my first adjustment, what a feeling I had. I just wanted to run around the Ideal Spine Centre. After a few adjustments my back pains had gone and I felt young again. With my tiredness, Dr Farthing told us to stay on track with our adjustments to keep the nervous system healthy and that one should only eat fruit and drink water up till 12 o'clock, so we tried it - and I felt great! Now every day I feel like I'm sky high and I know that I'm on my way to a having a 100% healthy nervous system and a 100% healthy me.
