Before I came to the Ideal Spine Centre, I always thought, and so did others, that I was happy, healthy and carefree. I was always ready to help others. I did not think that I had anything wrong with my health or anything like subluxations to rectify.

Then, one Sunday, we called in at Wyvale Garden Centre, where Dr Farthing had a spinal screening stand and offered to demonstrate how much one could be out of alignment. I was shocked at the results and couldn't believe it; we booked an appointment, had an assessment and x-rays and started having spinal adjustments at the Ideal Spine Centre.

Within weeks I felt so much more relaxed. I suddenly had more energy, my arm started to move more freely and I didn't nod off to sleep in the evenings anymore. My heartburn has also disappeared, I don't get the pins and needles in my hands so often and best of all, my diabetes is in better control . If only we had been educated from "Above Down, Inside Out" years ago! So I say to anyone in pain or with challenges with their health, get your nervous system checked out first before doing anything drastic. Thank goodness we went to the garden centre that day!

Before coming to the Ideal Spine Centre, I had been to see my doctor about my hip. He said it was arthritis. I could not walk up or down the stairs and I also was having trouble getting in and out of my van. A week after June's birthday, she nagged me into going shopping in Canterbury! On the way home, we stopped for lunch at Wyevale Garden Centre, where we met two young ladies with a funny frame and two sets of scales. After going on these weight scales, they invited June and myself to pop in and see Dr Christian Farthing, which we did. He took some x rays based on my postural findings and said that I had 9 subluxations and that he would try and put them right.

The first and second adjustment, I didn't take too seriously, but I then started to realise that the pain in my hip was disappearing and I could walk better going up the stairs, get in and out of the van better and sit in an arm chair comfortably again. I could also turn my head much further to the right and left and with greater ease . This is all down to Dr Christian Farthing and his staff. I feel 100% better - thank you.
