SELVUM (Teacher) - Age 46 & UGEN PADIACHEY (Dentist) - Age 47

Firstly, I must admit that getting into the routine of coming to the Ideal Spine Centre was initially rather difficult. Fitting in our adjustments, along with both our boys' extra-curricular activities, meant switching to the 'early bird' adjustments (7:30am) was the answer for my family.

My husband Ugen started his adjustment programme for lower back problems - probably picked up as a result of his sitting position at work - as a dentist. The adjustments are certainly working for him as he has not complained about any problems for a long time now. For both my sons and myself, the adjustment programme is a preventative measure, taken on after Dr. Farthing pointed out all the problem areas of our spinal column, as shown on the x-rays.

Coming from the Indian culture and way of life - the emphasis on the natural way of healing is fully understandable and meaningful. Dr. Farthing's workshops overlap with many aspects of Eastern philosophy and way of life.

My husband and I, as well as the boys, enjoy the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Their efficiency, along with the advanced technology and innovative design of the practice, makes our visits to the Ideal Spine Centre a pleasurable one.

Dr. Farthing's enthusiasm and tremendous dedication to patient health and wellness is superb. The centre is certainly an educational institute as well - with Dr. Farthing asking me a few times: "What percentage of the brain and nervous system perceives pain?" until he was certain I would not forget the answer again!

Finally, it is great that our boys are on the path of "wellness" . I wish that they will endeavour to remain on their pathway as they go through teenage years and into adult life! Thank you.

THIYEN PADIACHEY - 14 years old

Since I have started coming for my adjustments , I have found that my performance in my favourite sport, cricket, has improved. Not only has my batting improved, but so has my bowling and fielding. More coaching has also helped, however it seems a lot easier now to do the simple things like bending down to stop the ball! This is probably because of the increased movement and flexibility of my spine. My overall performance in golf and rugby has also improved in the last few months since getting adjusted.

DHESH PADIACHEY- 13 years old

I like karate and I am now on a "brown with one stripe" belt which is one away from a black belt. At around Easter time this year I had to stop karate classes due to a low energy level and constant tiredness.

After attending the Ideal Spine Centre for my adjustments, my energy levels have greatly improved. I now look forward to returning to karate classes in the New Year - thanks to Dr. Farthing's adjustments.
