I was first made aware that the Ideal Spine Centre existed by a friend who had already been receiving adjustments for subluxation for about two months. She herself had been reduced to a wheelchair and had to be assisted into the centre. She was examined by Dr. Farthing and was already feeling great benefits from the adjustments.

She brought me along to a workshop as a guest, which itself was very educational and interesting. Over the past few years, I have had pains in my lower back and hips and have also suffered with indigestion. My own examination revealed seven subluxations in different areas of my spine which convinced me I would benefit from getting adjusted. After about nine months of visiting the centre my back has improved no end and my digestive system has also improved.

I would like to say a big thank you to Dr. Farthing and his staff for my adjustments, but more than that, for the friendly way they greet everyone with those big warm smiles even at 7.30am in the morning when I get adjusted.

My introduction to Dr. Farthing and the Ideal Spine Centre came through my wife Jean whose testimonial you would have just read.

Jean informed me she that visited the centre along with her friend and felt challenged by what she had heard.

She had already been examined and asked me to attend the centre with her to hear her results and to help her make a decision whether to go ahead with the adjustments, mostly because of the commitment involved, both financial and time. My name 'Thomas' portrays my nature that I am someone who doubts and before I arrived at the Centre I was very sceptical.

I was very impressed when we drove into the car park and on entering the building itself, could only admire the facilities available, but was still very sceptical. Then I listened to Dr. Farthing speak about 'subluxation' and adjustments , words which were very foreign to me. In some ways it frightened me and I knew I could not deny my wife of having a better quality of life.

Dr. Farthing, whose purpose is to help the entire family , suggested I could take the opportunity of having an examination myself. No problem, I thought . I'm super fit, no aches and pains. If they find any subluxations in my spine, they'll be lucky. I was that confident.

Then I was given a questionnaire to fill in, the one question that still haunts me was 'How many accidents, falls, and mishaps had I been involved in, in my life, and to name the worst three. Having worked in the building trade for the past forty-seven years, I didn't quite know where to start. But I had to admit there were plenty, the worst being a fall from a ladder, eighteen feet to the ground.

'Super Fit'? The x-rays revealed I too had seven subluxations, some of which were between phase 2-3. So that's why I've been getting pins and needles in my hands and feet, and numbness in my face and shoulders. Needless to say, I started the course of adjustments and I am definitely feeling the benefits.

My biggest regret is that Dr. Farthing's knowledge and dedication by himself and his staff is unavailable to many people who are in constant pain because the way our current system is.
