I first attended the Ideal Spine Centre to keep my partner company at her initial consultation. She had suffered badly with her health for many years, to the point that the pain she was in ruined her last holiday. Having accompanied her for the consultation and Doctor’s report, I soon realised that I too could benefit from a check-up and regular spinal health care. I have suffered from arthritic pain for years, have a hiatus hernia, varicose veins and suffer from asthma. I am a regular old crock!

After three months of adjustments I have noticed several changes. My taste has improved, my food now tastes much better, my varicose veins have disappeared in one leg and improved in the other, I do not use my inhaler as often as I did. I can also walk further before hitting the pain barrier and spend a lot longer in the garden.

I understand that I still have a long way to go, but the changes that have occurred in just three months are remarkable. I am sure that with regular spinal care, corrective exercises and other health advice that I have been given, I will reap many more health benefits in time. I am now hopeful for my future and although I still need a lot of medication, I now hope one day to live drug free.
